Site Visit & Plot Selection

The purchaser visits the site, selects their preferred plot, and the seller provides a copy of the title deed and mutation documents to facilitate the official search.

Sale Agreement & Signing

The seller’s advocates prepare the sale agreement, which is reviewed and duly signed by both the purchaser and seller.

Deposit Payment & Title Transfer

The purchaser pays the agreed deposit and plans for completion. The process of transferring the title into the purchaser’s name then commences.

Title Handover & Possession

Once the title has been successfully transferred into the purchaser’s name, the title deed is handed over and the purchaser takes full possession of the land.
